Admin costs - Applied at shipping stage of the checkout 

What do these fees cover exactly?

Why do you have fees in the first place?

The fees we charge enable us to offer third party websites to help spread the cost of private training course fees. 

What is a Admin cost?

These charges help us to cover the costs involved in running our website and booking process. There are all kinds of things going on in the background not to mention paying our hardworking admin staff who keep the cogs turning! The service charge can vary depending on the private training course.

Missing Or Damaged Goods

Claims for missing or damaged goods will not be accepted unless the company is advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Annandale & Hotte Ltd will not consider any claims made outside of the stated notification period.

Faulty goods must be returned to Annandale & Hotte Ltd for inspection so a report to the manufacturer or supplier can be made. If returning faulty goods customers must inform us by email prior to returning the goods.

Returns

Goods are not offered on a sales or return basis.

The returning of goods to us will be entirely your responsibility. We will not be held responsible for missing parcels that you are returning to us via royal mail or any other courier service.

Annandale & Hotte Ltd strongly suggest that when returning goods that a signed for services is used which will protect you as the shipper and Annandale & Hotte Ltd as the receiver. This is will help protect against items that may get lost or damaged in transit.

Returns will be only accepted if prior written notice has been obtained and confirmed before items are sent to Annandale & Hotte Ltd and received.

We will only accept products back on the condition that the product(s) being returned are in a perfect condition for re-sale.

We cannot accept any returns on products unless the seal is still intact. Due to the fact that products will no longer be sterile and may be subject to cross contamination.

We will not accept goods that seem to have been deliberately damaged or tampered with in any way.

Please note we only guarantee our brushes for seven days after purchase due to the fact of cross contamination, providing the issue is a product fault not user error.

Refunds

Once a refund has been agreed by Annandale & Hotte Ltd by written consent. Annandale & Hotte Ltd will be prompt to issue a refund. Refunds may take between 7-10 working days due to the banking system and is out of Annandale & Hotte Ltd control.

Backorders

Goods are subject to availability and any item which is out of stock but where payment has been received, will be sent out as soon as the item becomes available.

If you are not happy with this, the backorder can be cancelled and a refund for the product will be offered.

Liability claims

Annandale & Hotte Ltd total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. Annandale & Hotte Ltd will not be liable for any consequential loss for anything .

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Force Majeure

The seller shall be entitled to cancel or delay orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, Act of God or failure to delivery by supplier or courier.

Shipping Policy

Please note that Annandale & Hotte Ltd will do our absolute best to dispatch your order the next day if you order is placed before 14:00 pm Monday to Thursday. If your order is placed on a Friday after 2:00 pm please expect your order to be posted on the following.

If your order is placed on a Friday your order may be delivered on a Saturday at the couriers discretion depending on how busy they are.

All at Annandale & Hotte Ltd believe in great customer service so we will do our absolute best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, at peak times and depending on what day/time your order has been placed please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be dispatched for delivery.

If our courier tries to deliver your order and no one is available to sign for the delivery after you have received your confirmation email, the courier will try two further attempts before returning your order back to us.

The courier may try to contact you to arrange delivery so please make sure you input the correct email address and contact phone number so this can be done.

If you know you have missed your delivery, please try to contact the courier to arrange collection or re delivery of your order.

If your order is returned to us by the courier due to the fact you have missed your delivery by the courier or no one is able to sign for your deliver, further charges will be incurred. The courier will then charge Annandale & Hotte Ltd a return charge to ship your order back to us. Another charge will then be charged to Annandale & Hotte Ltd to re deliver your order. Annandale & Hotte Ltd will take no responsibility for missed deliveries, returns and redeliver charges that the courier pass on to Annandale & Hotte Ltd. It will be soley the responsibility of the customer who placed the order. Alternatively you can cancel your order and a refund will be provided minus the courier charges that Annandale & Hotte Ltd has been charged for attempted delivery and return charges of your order. Annandale Hotte Ltd recognises this is not an ideal situation but unfortunately this will cover the cost that Annandale & Hotte Ltd will be charged again to redeliver your order by the courier.
